FHS Partners was founded and inspired with the mission of maximizing the potential of all shareholders.

This company was built with the dream of bringing hard-working women together while building a sisterhood that will create a better life and community. DBA LuLu Homes was established by two sisters, Rachel and Yali Lu. They started from just one apartment and worked hard to build to now owning over 150 apartments across the United States. Lulu Homes is one of the biggest short-term rental companies in the state of Atlanta.

LuLu Homes currently has locations in Memphis, Atlanta, and Worthington and is expanding daily. Based out of Atlanta, we are no stranger to what guests look for when they come to stay with us, whether it be for a weekend getaway or a place to use while your home gets renovated. Whatever the reason, we are here to accommodate you.

We offer professional cleaning for our apartments, essential amenities, and self-service check-in at specific locations. A few of our locations are also pet-friendly for those who wish to bring their furry best friend along with them.

LuLuHomes takes the pandemic very seriously, and as such, we believe in protecting our guests and our employees. Housekeepers will always enter the unit wearing a mask and gloves, and sanitizes entire space after each guest that stays.
